Our return policy explains deposits, cancellations, and how we handle order issues so every customer knows exactly what to expect when requesting bread from STUpendous Sourdough.
Return Policy
STUpendous Sourdough ("we", "us", or "our") is part of STUpendous Services, LLC.
At STUpendous Sourdough, every loaf is handcrafted, baked to order, and made with care using traditional sourdough fermentation. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the time required to prepare them, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a loaf has been baked or picked up.
Deposits
All special requests require a 50% deposit at the time of request. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation your deposit covers ingredient & preparation expenses, and reserved bake time.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that life happens! If you need to change or cancel your order, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. While we cannot refund deposits, we may be able to reschedule your bake or delay your delivery at our discretion. Many things freeze well.
Issues with Your Order
If there is everan issue with your order (wrong loaf, pickup error, etc.), please contact us immediately at bread@stu-pendous.com or 434-592-8426. We want to make sure you're satisfied with your STUpendous experience, and will do our best to resolve any concerns.
